Our executive team, led by local businessman Omar Barham, was assembled to integrate refined service, ultra-premium cigars, and exquisite food. The Director of Operations, Rob Coombes, grew up in the restaurant industry and grew his cigar knowledge over three years having managed cigar lounges in three major cities across the US. Finally, our Executive Chef Ricky Martinez elevates Havana by designing an exquisite menu season-by-season to provide full dining services to our customers.
